For almost 12 years, Provence has enjoyed welcoming guests to their well-loved establishment. Regarded as one of the finest French restaurants in the Triangle, Provence features the cuisine of the French Mediterranean with an emphasis on local, seasonal dishes.
In 2012, the transition of ownership to Chef de Cuisine Baptist Knaven and co-owner Dr. Jerry King ensured that the long standing quality and reputation of Provence continues to thrive. You will still find all of your classic favorites on the menu, such as the beautiful Flounder Meunière and Whole Fish baked in Rock Salt, the Onion Soup Gratinée and Lobster Bisque as well as some contemporary creations to celebrate our locally grown food.
Enjoy a casual dining atmosphere, inside or on the patio, with an impressive French and international wine selection. Choose from our great seasonal salads and entrées, and finish with one of our house made desserts such as Crème Brulée, Pain Perdu and Chocolate Torte.
